CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
In case you wish to change the check-out date, change to a different room type, or cancel your booking, please contact our Reservation Support team using the information provided on our website for assistance.

Room Change Policy
If you would like to upgrade to a higher room category, an additional charge will apply based on the difference in room rates at the time of the request. The price difference depends on the specific room types. Room changes are only allowed for the same or a higher category of room.

Check-in Date Change Policy
If you request to change your check-in date more than 3 days before the scheduled check-in, we will assist with the change, subject to room availability.
If you request to change your check-in date within 3 days of the scheduled check-in, the original stay period will remain unchanged, and we will not be able to accommodate the requested adjustment.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund of the payment made.
  • If you cancel your booking 3-5 days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total room cost will apply.
  • If you fail to show up for your booking and the hotel does not receive any cancellation notice from you, 100% of the room cost will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
  • If you request to cancel a booking during public holidays or the Vietnamese New Year (as per Vietnamese regulations), the cancellation fee will be 100% of the room cost.

After the cancellation, the hotel will notify you with details of services, additional charges, and any refundable amounts (if applicable). In case of a refund, the hotel will process the payment via bank transfer to the account details provided by you. The refund period is 15-30 working days (depending on the receiving bank), and you may be responsible for any fees associated with the refund (if applicable).

Please arrive and check in at the scheduled time and location. If you are unsure of the directions or the exact location, please contact us for assistance. We are not responsible if you are unable to find the hotel but do not contact our support team for help.
