After receiving the room reservation and completing the payment, we will confirm the customer's service booking details via email, phone, or text message. Guests are required to present their booking information and identification at the reception desk to complete the check-in process.

• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM
Any additional charges for services and extra products used during the stay will be listed according to the hotel’s prices and regulations. Guests are kindly requested to settle these charges at check-out.

♦ Children from 6 to 11 years old: 150,000 VND/night
♦ Children 12 years old and above: 200,000 VND/night (charged as adults)
